Kim Il-Sung is a statue! Except Roland Emmerich's 2012 was completely show to North Korea because Kim Jong-Il must eliminate it!

There is a direct flight from Singapore but it occurs once in a year. It's a holiday agency that booked the whole flight. So this tour only occurs once in a year.

Nice, I was thinking about going if I could, I mean, I know it's strange but I'd love to be able to say 'I was there' and see NK, it's hard to believe it even exists, I just HAVE to see it...

Did they let you walk around on your own?

And do you think they'd let a British person visit??

Nope, we went in a tour group. Restricted areas only.
